The meeting was called to order at 4PM by President Lani Farr.  Also present were Trustees Bill Morris, Greg Taylor, Lisa Hammond and Lynda Edmonds.

The purpose of the meeting was to review and update the General Provisions and Government of the Cemetery.  The date the District formed is in error and Robert’s Rules for Public Meetings needs to be adopted.  Bill Morris moved the date be changed from 1992 to 1982 and that Robert’s Rules for Public Comment be added.   Also included in the motion was an addition on the Financial Statement which may be viewed by any member of the Public at the Cemetery office or they may have a copy by email by submitting a request or a hard copy for a fee.  Greg Taylor made the second and the motion passed.
