An Emergency meeting of the Board was called to discuss the completion of the interior of the office.  All members of the board met at the Cemetery at 1PM.

There was a discussion of completing the interior with paint and flooring while all furniture was out of the office.  Lisa Hammond made the motion to paint and install flooring not to exceed $2500.  Bill Morris made the second with the notation that it could be a little more than the $2500,  Motion passed and the meeting was adjourned.
