The meeting was called to order act 4:07 PM at the cemetery office.

Present were Trustees Kathryn Wren Gavlak, Lisa Hammond and Lynda Edmonds.  Also present were Manager, Doug Basolo and Brian Miller from Supervisor Long’s office. Present at 4:10 Lani Farr and present ar 4:15 Rita Rudkin.

PUBLIC COMMENT – None

MANAGER’S REPORT – The backhoe had to be repaired.

MINUTES – Lisa moved the minutes of the meeting on January 13, 2020 be approved as presented.  Lynda made the second and the motion passed.

FINANCIAL REPORT – January’s financials have not been received.

OLD BUSINESS

HOUSE -The water issue is completed at a cost of $4259.78 and should be tested annually.

BURIAL UPDATE – Lynda stated the transfer will take place on February 12th.

VOLUNTEER DAY – Scheduled for May 16th

COMMUNITY OUTREACH – Kathryn stated we need two (2) board members to come up with a plan and come back to the board for total input.  Rita and Lani will work on this.

NEW BUSINESS

AUDIT – Lynda reported we have three (3) bids.  It was decided to go with the lowest bid and Lynda will contact the auditors.

OTHER – None

EXECUTIVE – Lynda moved and Lani made the second to go into Executive Session.  Lynda reported there had been correspondence on the pending litigation.

There being no further business the meeting was adjourned until March 16, 2020 at 4PM at the cemetery office.
