MANAGER’S REPORT – A new water tank s needed as well as a fence around the reservoir. Would like to post signs regarding flower pickup during the holidays. We also need a dethatch machine for lawns, a walk behind machine would work well. Prefer to purchase instead of rent and will check with Sunbelt to see if they can order one for us.. All board members were in agreement with this.
FINANCIAL REPORT – The Financial Report had been emailed to board members. Bill moved it be accepted for filing. Aileen Ade the second and option passed.

OLD BUSINESS
- Outbuildings & grounds update – Still working on the outbuildings, main project now is the bathroom and to hook up the sewer line.
- Information case & awning. The case has been received and a deposit sent in for the awning. When the awning is installed the case will be mounted on the wall.
- Headstone – still ongoing, waiting for the 2 families to present billing.
- Signage – Greg will get sandwich board signs ordered with the rules in English & Spanish and Rosa will make/order signs for the flower pickup.
- Possible expansion – The area for next expansion is cleared. Next we need to determine where the water lines will go and road placement was discussed. A lot of ideas and possibly reaching out to Travis Ag who installed the water lines for the last section developed.
- Vaults — We will start using the Poly Vaults which will be easier to handle and are just as sturdy as the cement vaults.
- Flower containers – it was decided to continue with our current flower containers but we need to increase the charge for them as we have been losing money at $20. A free one will be given at time of interment and after any replacements will incur a $60 charge.
- Lawn thatching – discussed under Manager’s Report.
- Water leaks – Greg will contact Travis Ag for recommendations as several of the lines are old cement lines that could possibly have plastic lines inserted.
NEW BUSINESS
- Tree trimming – Greg presented a bid from Green Tree Care. Bill suggested we do the 27 Palm trees and Pine trees for a total of $12,640. Lisa made the second and the motion passed.
- Water well – had to be repaired as the pump fell in due to the piping collapsing.
- Pump House – needs to be repaired. Greg thinks we can get material at no cost. Everyone is in agreement to move forward with this.
