The meeting was called to order by President Lani Farr at 1:05PM.  Also present were Lisa Hammond, Greg Taylor, Bill Morris and Lynda Edmonds. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss and go over the three revised bids received for the office.  The bid from Mike’s Handyman Service was accepted for the roof and ceiling repairs.  Lani will contact him and see how soon this can be done.
