The meeting was called to order at 4:07 PM.

Present were Trustees Gabe Asenas, Rita Rudkin and Lynda Edmonds.  Also present were Manager, Doug Basolo,  Manuel Minjares from Supervisor Longs office, employee Gabriel Lopez and community member, Oscar Vasquez.

PUBLIC COMMENT – None

FINANCIAL REPORT – Gabe Asenas went over the Budget.  As of 12-21-18 we were a little over $37,000 in the red.

MANAGER’S REPORT – Doug reported no major breakdowns with equipment.  He is requesting to hire the gopher company for March, April and May in preparation for Memorial Day.  Gabe Lopez stated he works on them every afternoon for 4 hours and can not keep up with them.  Doug was instructed to contact the gopher company.

OLD BUSINESS

HOUSE & WATER SYSTEM – The water has been tested. Rita will put together the proposals from property managers and their fees.

PRESALE – tabled until February

CREDIT CARDS – Lynda stated the Alumni was using a system and she would check with them.  Oscar

Vasquez suggested we look into pay pal.

WEBSITE – Gabe Asenas has contacted Brian Kraft who is going to develop our website.  We will need it to contain meeting minutes and Agenda.

NEW BUSINESS

BUSINESS PLAN – A lot of discussion on how to reach people regarding burial at Bardsdale Cemetery.
