The meeting was called to order at 4:10PM.
Present were Trustees, Kathryn Wren Gavlak, Rita Rudkin, Lisa Hammond and Lynda Edmonds. Also present was Manager, Doug Basolo.

FINANCIAL REPORT – October not available
OLD BUSINESS
HOUSE – water update. The water has been tested, the well is ok. Reservoir has e coli and coliform. Since the water goes from the pump to the reservoir and back to the house we have a couple of options.
Reservoir could be treated for approximately $500 and this would have to be done periodically or we could tap into the well, install a tank & pump and go directly to the house which would be the best
solution. We will get an estimate on the cost.
BURIAL UPDATE – Headstone has been ordered and a date fro transfer needs to be set. Doug will coordinate this with the Mortuary and Bob Mumme.
SOCIAL MEDIA – Lisa has set up a Facebook page and we all have emails so we do not have to use our personal emails.
VOLUNTEER DAY – will be rescheduled.
COMMUNITY OUTREACH – Rita suggested creating a “Friends of Bardsdale Cemetery” group to help with promoting the cemetery. We will come back next month with ideas.
NEW BUSINESS
GRAVE DECORATIONS – We had some complaints regarding articles left on graves. Doug stated the rules are given to people when plots are purchased and are posted.
HEADSTONE COMPLAINT – Kathryn has seen the one in question. Doug will notify the family to contact the headstone company.
LANDSCAPE CONTRACT – We need to find out when present contract expires and then bids should be advertised.
OTHER – Rita brought up a concern regarding a burial that she had been questioned about. Doug said it had been resolved. She will reach out to her contact and if there is still concern Rita will have them get in touch with Doug.
Lynda reported Lani Farr will be appointed to the Board, all paperwork is in and waiting for appointment by the Board of Supervisors.
EXECUTIVE – Rita moved and Lisa seconded to go into Executive Session. Approved. Lynda reported our attorney had sent a letter to claimant’s attorney over a month ago and have not heard back.
Due to the Holidays there will be no meeting in December and the next meeting will be Monday,
January 13, 2020. It is moved up a week due to a holiday on the 3rd Monday. The meeting will be from 6-8PM at the Adult Activity Center on Santa Clara St.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 5:10PM.
