The meeting was called to order st 4:01PM.

Present were Trustees Gabriel Asenas, Rita Rudkin, Kathryn Wren Gavlak, Lynda Edmonds and community member, Lisa Hammond.

PUBLIC COMMENT – None

MINUTES – Kathryn moved the minutes of the previous meeting of June 17, 2019 be approved as presented.  Rita made the 2nd and the motion passed.

FINANCIAL REPORT – The Financial Report for Fiscal Year 2018-2019 was accepted as presented.

MANAGER’S REPORT – None

OLD BUSINESS

HOUSE – Rental of the house was discussed.  Rita had some questions after talking to Kay Wilson Bolton who will be managing the rental.  These were discussed and Rita will get back to Kay.

BURIAL – Letter sent

COMMUNITY OUTREACH – Gabe had a phone call regarding the watering conditions.  He explained our present financial situation and the steps we are taking to improve.  He stated the caller understood and seemed satisfied with his explanation.  The Board would like to start some community meetings in the fall in hopes of increasing the $5 per parcel tax on the next election.

NEW BUSINESS

PROCEDURE MANUAL – The County has suggested we have a written Procedure Manual.  Rita and Kathryn will work with Doug on this.

SIGNAGE – The Bardsdale Cemetery sign on the corner of S. Mountain and Sespe is gone.  Lynda will contact the County to get a new sign.  Also new signs will be ordered for when the Cemetery gates will be open and closed.

EXECUTIVE – None

There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 4:55 until September 16, 2019, due to 2 board members being gone in August.
