The meeting was called to order by President Lani Farr at 4:04PM at the Cemetery.  Also present were Trustees Greg Taylor and Lynda Edmonds in person and Lisa Hammond via phone.  Absent was Trustee Bill Morris.

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the bid on the new Columbarium(s).  There was discussion as to go with 42 inches high or 53 inches high.  The 53 inch high would give us 20 more spaces per unit.  The cost of two Columbariums 53 inches high which would give us 40 more spaces is $59,840 delivered and installed.  The cost of 2 Columbariums 42 inches high delivered and installed is $55,440.  These prices are good for 30 days and the earliest we would expect to receive them would be January if ordered now.  Greg Taylor moved we should go with the 53 inch high and do both of them now as we know the price will go up.  Lisa made the second and the motion passed.  The basic foundation for the two additional Columbariums is already in place so we need the cement platform for them to sit on,  A Contractor who works with the Columbarium company and does work for Ivy Lawn has been contacted and replied he had some projects going but Lynda reported Doug had reached out to him again since we will not need the work done until first of the year. We will follow up on this at our regular meeting on September 19th.
