An emergency meeting was called by President Lani Farr to discuss a tree whose roots had disabled the sprinkling system.

The meeting was called to order at 4:10 PM by Lani Farr at the tree site.  Also in attendance were Bill Morris, Greg Taylor and Lynda Edmonds.  Lisa Hammond was absent.  The tree is uprooting the sprinkler system and the road.  The area this serves can not be watered.  There has also been a water leak for some time by another tree that was also inspected by the Board.  After discussion it was moved by Bill Morris that we have one tree removed and possibly two if inspection of the leak reveals the tree is the problem, cost not to exceed $4500.  Greg Taylor made the second and the motion passed.  The meeting was adjourned at 4:30 PM.
