The meeting was called to order at 12:45 by President Lani Farr.  Also present were Bill Morris, Greg Taylor, Lisa Hammond and Lynda Edmonds.

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss and go over the three bids received for the office.  After review and looking at the financials it was determined we should only do part of the project at this time.  The most important items are roof and ceiling repair.  We will go back to the bidders and ask for a bid on just these items.
