CALL TO ORDER – 4PM

The meeting was called to order by President Kathryn Wren Gavlak.  Also present were Rita Rudkin, Lynda Edmonds, Lisa Hammond, Lani Farr and Manager, Doug Basolo.

HOUSE – The purpose of the Special Meeting is to discuss the rental of the cemetery house.  Lisa had someone who was interested but had changed her mind.  It was stated we should try to rent the house as we could use the additional income.

LANDSCAPE – Our present landscape contract expires June 30th.  Lynda stated the preset landscapers said they would not raise their rates for the next contract period.  We also have had a bid from another landscaper which is less.  We need to post a Notice for Bids in the Fillmore Gazette since we have two bids in the event another landscaper might also want to bid.  Lynda will get this posted this week for any additional bids to be turned in to the Cemetery officer no later than June 30, 2020.

EXECUTIVE – Kate has some questions and would like to go into Executive Session.  Rita made the motion to go into Executive.  Lani made the second and the motion passed.  Kate asked about employee evaluations and they should be done on an annual basis. Lynda stated there had been someone interested in renting the house before Covid-19 and she was asked to see if they were still interested.

There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 4:45PM.
