PUBLIC COMMENT- None

MANAGER’S REPORT – James reported that Everardo who had been hired to take care of the gophers is doing a great job and is now working full time assisting with other duties. They are working on the tree roots and leveling out the headstones by the trees.  There are some curbs that need to be repaired, the line to the reservoir is leaking and they are working on these issues.  The leak on the backhoe is getting worse and Greg will see about bringing one out and having someone to look at the leak.  James also suggested getting some weed & feed to help get rid of the weeds.  The gate in front of the office is getting hard to close and needs repair.  Rosa stated there may be a possible disinterment of an infant but many issues have to be resolved first.  She also stated according to the public Cemeteries Association any lot previously purchased and wanting to be sold should be bought back by the Cemetery at the original purchase price and then can be resold by the Cemetery at the current price. A receipt must be presented.
