The meeting was called to order at 4:10 PM by President Lani Farr.  Also in attendance were Trustees Greg Taylor, Lisa Hammond, Lynda Edmonds and Assistant Manager, Logan Marlow.

The purpose of the meeting was to review the bid for tree trimming.  After discussion Greg moved to go ahead with the total bid for the trees if after checking with our accountant we are able to do so.  Lisa made the second and the motion passed.  Lynda will check with the accountant and notify the Board.  (After checking it was determined we could go ahead with the complete bid).  This will be completed before Memorial Day.
