The meeting was called to order at 4:01 at the Cemetery.
Present were Trustees Kathryn Wren Gavlak, Rita Rudkin, Lani Farr, Lisa Hammond and Lynda Edmonds. Also present were Manager, Doug Basolo and Assistant Manager, Logan Marlow.
PUBLIC COMMENT – None
MANAGER’S REPORT – Doug presented his Manager’s Report included as a part of these minutes. His main concern was that we start thinking of adding another Columbarium as there are only 20 spaces left in the current one. He was asked to get prices on what it would cost now to put in another one.
LANDSCAPE REPORT – Jamie was unable to be at the meeting but sent an email with his schedule for the coming month leading to Memorial Day. His main concern is the watering.
MINUTES – Rita moved the minutes of the previous Special Meeting on November 23, 2020 be approved as presented. Lani made the 2nd and the motion passed.
FINANCIAL REPORT – Accepted and filed.
- Memorial Day – Lynda reported everyone had been contacted but we do not have any music and suggested if we do not find anyone we could use taped music.
- Audit – still pending
- Office – Lisa reported she had gone over the files with Doug and everything is on the computer. Doug stated he & Logan have also been working on the files and Logan is happy with the computer in the office. Kate said she and Rita have a zoom meeting with Brian Miller and the County regarding office options.
- The new backhoe had some issues which were taken care of by Fillmore Rentals ands is now working great.
