The meeting was called to order by President Greg Taylor at 4:02PM at the Cemetery office.
Also present were Trustees Bill Morris, Lisa Hammond and Lynda Edmonds in addition to Manager, Logan Marlow. Grounds Foeman, James Brink and Office Manager Rosa Stehly.
PUBLIC COMMENT – None
MANAGER’S REPORT – The grave issue has been resolved. Maintenance needs to be done on the backhoe. James reported they have been fixing sprinklers that were not working and all now appear to be working. Thee is a leak in the old line going to the reservoir and it is full of calcium. He brought up the possibility of a lowering device and will research it.
FINANCIAL REPORT – The Financial Report from July through December was received from the accountant. Bill moved to accept for filing and Lisa made the second. Motion passed.
MINUTES – The minutes of the previous regular meeting of November 18, 2024 had been emailed and a copy present for the meeting. Bill Morris moved they be approved and accepted. Lisa Hammond made the second and the motion passed.
OLLD BUSINESS
- Outbuildings – clean-up continues
- Gophers – now doing our own 4 hours a day Monday through Friday and a noticeable improvement.
- Utility tractor – Bill will get it out so it can be picked up and delivered to cemetery.
NEW BUSINESS
- Social Media – Lisa moved we delete our FB page, Bill made the second and motion passed.
- Memorial Day – Lynda reminded everyone to be thinking about a speaker as we only have 2 more meetings before Memorial Day. She will not be here for Memorial Day this year.
OTHER – Greg brought up checking rates to see how ours are in comparison before next meeting.
Titles — James will be Manager and Logan will be Assistant Manager. Discussion of Form 700.
