  • Ventura Developer and Dentist

Edwin partnered with Dana Bartlett on developing the Ashby Tract in the early 1950's which extended from Loma Vista road to Gale Way. He and Agnus resided on the north east corner of Gale Way, adjacent to Agnus Drive from 1952 until his death. They built this beautilful custom home together. Edwin was a Dentist and his office was on the corner of Loma Vista and Main. It is still a dentist office today ( 2016) Edwin developed other tracts in Ventura and his name can be found in The Streets of Ventura, 2008 by David Hill. I think it is lovely that he named Agnus Drive after his wife.
